This includes several months of arrears because the NSW Trustee & Guardian has taken a remarkably long time to implement financial management for her, in fact nobody has even confirmed receipt of the form I returned on 18/7/2018 despite my having called a couple of times to find out. Could you please see to my mother's case urgently because I am also hoping to resume hosting tenants (on my mother's behalf) as proposed in the form. I understand this cannot be done without your approval. I understand that my own continued residency in our family home is also under question until I hear from you, and although my almost daily visits to my mother in XXXXXXXXXXX are continuing from this base in XXXXXXXXX, this critical emotional support for her is suffering as we struggle with this uncertainty. Utilities and rates have continued to be paid by me as per the living arrangement my sister (as previous joint PoA) agreed to up until NSW T&G was tasked with the management and which NCAT advised me to continue until alternative arrangements (if any) are made. I would be happy to continue doing so indefinitely if your office would deem it sound. Attached is the receipt as promised in that phone conversation to help your office track it down. See attached file ”20k.PNG” However that same financial statement has no trace of the $6,500 my sister, XXXXXXXXX, was meant to deposit into Mum’s account which you currently claim is running dangerously low enough to warrant selling the home. Can I please have an explanation as to what has happened to this $6,500? Both amounts were in section “P” of the initial forms I filled out for you in June 2018. Can you please forward it on to whomever is responsible. As previously noted, NSW T&G requested on the 9th July 2018 that I deposit $20,000 into an account supposedly set aside for my mother. I did so the very next day. However on the 24th of September 2018 NSW T&G made an extraordinary accusation that I had not deposited the money. When I disputed that, I was asked to send a receipt which I emailed a couple of days later. In further bungling I was called about a week later to “remind” me to email it even though I already had done so and received the auto-reply confirmation. The emailed receipt was found by your officer and I anxiously awaited a response which was promised to come as soon as the matter was corrected. I was not called but instead notified of the recovery of the money when I rang several weeks later about something else. But it appears even that was not true because I can see from the transaction statement that it in fact took TWELVE WEEKS to "find" it (again I have attached the relevant entry from the transactions statement). I have never been given a formal apology for the series of bungles and think one is overdue. An explanation for how $20,000 can even get “lost” in the first place would also be appreciated please. I cannot even be sure the money ended up back in her account since I have never been shown the bank statement, only your accountant's version of her financial transactions. Can I please have the actual bank statements for the following...
