While this extract is primarily dealing with the Centrelink review of why the pension was cancelled, in doing so you can see that Centrelink have been given all the relevant documents regarding rental evidence.
It is possible that the reviewing officer is not the same person who is meant to be informed of changes in Mum's financial position - you can see below that this is an obligation which NSW Trustee failed to honour. This could then explain why Centrelink did not inform MyAgedCare of the rental income.
DZJ tried to find out if NSW Trustee had informed MyAgedCare directly (as they claim they had) but his application to NCAT to summons that evidence was refused.
